My main focus is to alleviate your neck, shoulder, back, thigh, groin, calve and other muscle's pain causing by your:

I combine multiple massage modalities including back walking, hot stone and stretch therapy treatment to relieve your ach and pain very effectively!

I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my bodywork.

I am a Certified Professional Massage Therapist by the California Massage Therapy Council.  Certificate #91569.

Also, I'm graduate Health Educator. I design and implement health education programs in order to increase awareness and knowledge for the improvement of health for my clients. It goes hand in hand with massage therapy treatment. 

The simple steps to maintain your health are:

1. Drink enough water each day according to your weight.

2. Wear proper shoes & inserts and sandals at home.

3. Workouts routine to alleviate stress, strengthen muscles, heart and eliminate tirelessness. 

4. Prepare nutritious foods and consuming 3/4 of normal meals portion to maintain a healthy weight balance.

5. Simple 8 minutes routine stretching to increase flexibility, reduce pain and lengthen massage therapy benefits.  

I am a Certified CPR/AED/First Aid by NationalCPRFoundation. Certificate ID:83864C.

I will play a soothing and relaxing massage music of your choice and use your preferred aromatherapy with massage oil or an Ultra Sonic Diffuser while performing your massage therapy session.

In addition, I will personalize your massage experience by utilizing combined modalities with each massage session for a greater benefit of my clients with no additional charge.

It's worth about $80 of massage options elsewhere. 

My optional luxury mobile massage will turn your home or office into a sanctuary of relaxation, rejuvenation and healing place.
